Join us for an evening reception with appetizers, wine & beer, and good company. A short program will include presentation of the 2025 Placer Conservator Award to the Colfax-Todds Valley Consolidated Tribe, and a lively fund-a-need auction to support the acquisition and return of land to a local Tribe and/or projects on existing preserves that create new and perpetual access for Tribes and the general public.

The Placer Conservator Reception is one of two events during Conservation Celebration Week—a week that is all about celebrating the people who make land conservation in our region possible! During the week of September 22-28, we will shine a spotlight on the value of protected lands with an online auction,  the Placer Conservator Reception, and Party on the Preserve. There will be something for everyone!

The funds raised during Conservation Celebration Week are critical to our success as an organization, supporting Placer Land Trust’s work of protecting natural and agricultural land, restoring habitat, and enhancing outdoor recreation.
