The Placer County Human Resources Department, Talent Acquisition and Department Support Division, is recruiting for a Senior Human Resources Analyst position to provide management-level human resources support to assigned County departments.
This position is responsible for a broad range of professional HR functions, including recruitment planning and examinations, classification and compensation studies, employee relations, and serving as a primary point of contact for human resources guidance.
The Senior HR Analyst oversees a team providing comprehensive HR support and partners with department heads, elected officials, and executive leadership on complex and sensitive HR matters.

$53.72-$67.08 per hour
